2nd Session: Spanish Agora IT Community

You are invited to the second session of the Agora IT Community! Following the success of our kickoff meeting, this session will focus on debating and co-designing solutions for two key needs identified by the network:

Key Topics:

1. Workflows for Joint Programmes: We will pitch a workflow draft for joint academic programmes within an alliance. The goal is to see what other alliances are doing and start reaching a consensus on common processes.
2. New Content Support Service (Beyond Technical Onboarding): While the aUPaEU project already covers technical onboarding for the tool, there is a clear need for a content accompaniment service (managed by the UPC or a company). We want to define how to structure this: Would a "pool of hours" model work best? What exactly do you expect from this service?
